Integrated internet/intranet comunication enables simple connecting of more companies, business systems or business units worldwide into one integrated system(B2B). Communication with partners becomes computerized and new business opportunities appear. The central netFrame database enables work efficiency and control, which optimize business processes in and out of the company.
Database
Inovative database design on MS-SQL server enables the usage of one server for more companies at the same time. Throughout modern communication with database, data stream is secured. Server application that works as servis on IIS (Internet Information Server) is in charge for that. By using Connectionpooling for connecting SQL database and netFrame platform, number of licences is reduced to minimum, while at the same time it is possible to optimaly scale system and communication channels.
Clients
NetFrame supports a great number of clients on one or more servers at once. With appropriate users rights, they have access to all information when needed. Business logic is stored in database on central server, which alows simple changing, adjustment or adding of business logic to all clients at the same time. Administrative work of maintenance, security and system synchronization is reduced at most with usage of central server. Data exchange between clients and system is accomplished without time gap, which ensures up-to-date information.
Integration with existing systems
NetFrame supports linking and usage of data from different sources. Also, data usage in real time out of external databases is possible. That makes transfer from old software and implementation process easier, because no loss or delays in production are caused. Accuracy of data is guaranteed.
Internet
NetFrame is threelayerd Internet/Intranet aplication, consisted of database, client and server which is installed as servis on IIS (Internet Information Server). With usage of client-server and users rights it is possible to work and communicate throughout internet. It makes data exchange between clients, contractors and partners direct.
Comunication and data transfer are protected at most (128bit coding, https protocol). Data manipulation and access to unauthorized individuals is additionaly blocked, because only IIS can communicate with database.
By using of http-protocol and standard port 80, comunication is possible in all networks that are protected with Firewall, and it doesn’t need additional opening of ports and that protects system from attacts and manipulations even more. Administrative maintainance and upgrading of system is efriciently done through internet. That eliminates travel costs and greatly reduces maintainance costs. Also, instalation of new versions of software is automatized and doesn’t require expert personnel. New version that is installed on server, automaticly is distributed to all clients, so no further administrator action is necessary. Business logic is distributed likewise. With all of these possibilities permanent accuracy of data, logics and system is achieved.
Office integration
The openness of netFrame platform alloweds integration of Office products in every module, and it makes automatic data transfer between netFrame and MS Office simple and quick.
Integration of CAD system
Integration of additional modules, such as CAD viewer, is simple. Interaction and data exchange with CAD systems is possible in all modules and makes work with data and plans efficient. It is not necessary to leave netFrame in order to open CAD document and by that process of searching for and usage of wanted document is done faster.
Dialogdesigner
Possibility of modification and upgrading of users dialogs, as well as development of new solutions is an integral part of the platform. In any moment it is possible to simply upgrade existing dialogs and to integrate required logic by using a powerfull script language. Dialog designer supports you in your work by using “Tamplate Script” and components. You can use last generation Report Designer, which supports all kinds of statistics and documents. All dialogs are recorded on central server which alloweds simultaneous distribution to the end user in the shortest period of time. Moderm appearance of the aplications can be individualy ajusted so it fits to needs and companies corporate identity.
Reportdesigner and Printmanger
Reportdesigner and Printmanger are integral part of the platform. With reportdesigner it is possible to create, print and archive all kinds of forms, documents and statistic statements.
Printmanager supports automatic printing. Printing of different kinds of documents on diversed papers can be done at once. All documents can be exported and archived in various formats, such as: TXT, PDF, CSV, HTML, DOC, JPEG, BMP, TIFF, etc. Printmanager has the ability to send documents via email automaticly, as well as publication of documents and statistic statements on wanted internet site.
Documents and archive
Integrated document archive enables efficiant document search and connection with all data in every modul. It is possible to reach all data online.
